Trevallyn is situated on the western side of Malibongwe Drive adjacent to the recently developed Kya Sand Industrial Park. Access to the N14 is only 4kms and to the N1 about 5kms allowing for access to the whole of the rand in short time.
This is a simple mini warehouse. The unit has a welcoming front door leading into the warehouse with offices on the first floor. The warehouse has one 4m high, "on grade" roller door. Additional offices could be installed on the ground floor which at the moment form part of the warehouse making maximum use of the storage area.
